Initial benefit of this apartment is the combined kitchen and living room that we divided into two functional zones - the kitchen with a big table and kitchen island and the living room with a sofa and TV-zone.
We used warm pastel colors in the decoration and furniture, which will always be trendy. Bright green shades were added deliberately in details that are easy to notice. Over time if owners want other accent shades or prefer an entire neutral palette, then by replacing the sofa cushions, paintings and upholstery of two chairs, they can easily adjust the mood of the room.
